Advoque Media TikTok Ads Policy
1. Trademark Products
You are not allowed to promote products that belong to registered brands like Junaid Jamshed (J.), Gucci, Sauvage Perfume, Dior, and others. These are trademarked products and require special permission to sell.
- Upon applying for an Advoque Media Mega TikTok Agency account, we will conduct a comprehensive audit of your website. If any trademarked products are found, they must be removed before approval.
- If you add trademarked products after receiving your account and it results in a suspension—even if you are not actively running ads for them—no warranty or support will be provided for account recovery.
- Important Notice: If your website contains a trademarked product name in the title, description, or images, your suspension warranty will be void, and no claims will be entertained in case of suspension.
2. Content Guidelines for Videos
- Your ad videos must not contain any inappropriate or vulgar material, such as products related to sexual health.
- Do not show the logo or name of any famous brand in your videos.
- Avoid adding contact details, such as WhatsApp numbers or emails, in your videos.
- Do not use incorrect or misleading discount banners or posters in your videos.
3. Technical Requirements
- Before applying for an account, ensure that your email address, domain, Wi-Fi connection, and IP address are not blacklisted. If they are, you will need to update or replace them.
- Do not try to run ads if your ad manager’s balance is zero. Always maintain enough balance to avoid issues.
4. Approval Process for Ads
- Before creating a new ad, you must get your video and product page URL reviewed and approved by us.
- Running ads without getting prior approval is not allowed. If you violate this rule, your warranty claim will be void in case of account suspension.
5. Top-Up Policies
- Only we are authorized to top up your ad manager account balance. Do not attempt to do it yourself, hire a third party, or use any extensions or tools for top-ups. Doing so will void your warranty claim.
- Always fill out the top-up form carefully and correctly. Watch the instructional video provided to ensure there are no mistakes. We will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect details in the form.
6. Warranty and Violations
- Once we approve your video and product URL, you are not allowed to make any changes. Modifying approved content is considered a violation, and if your account is suspended due to this, your warranty claim will not be accepted.
7. Other Reasons for Account Suspension
Your ad account may also get suspended due to the following reasons:
- If your previous ad account was suspended, your new account might also get suspended unless you take the following steps:
- Change your IP address for both your laptop and Wi-Fi.
- Use a new domain for your store.
- Avoid using spammy products or overused creatives. (Spammy products are those that everyone promotes excessively, like certain well-known beauty products.)
- Do not frequently start and stop your ads. Doing this can lead to account suspension.
8. Product and Store Requirements
- Do not sell products from well-known or registered brands.
- Avoid using misleading words on your product page, such as “100% secure,” “guaranteed results,” or “very fast.” These phrases can create false expectations.
- Your website’s footer must include the following details:
- Business Name
- Customer Service Email Address
- Phone/WhatsApp Number
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Return & Refund Policy
- Shipping Policy
- About Us
9. Policy and Checkout Page Requirements
- All policy pages must be properly filled out and free from incomplete sections.
- Automated Shopify Policy Templates: If you use Shopify’s default policy templates, your suspension warranty will not be applicable.
- Checkout Page Requirements:
Must offer at least two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit Card.
10. Common Advertising Violations on TikTok Ads
Spam Error
A spam error occurs when an advertiser creates too many similar ad groups and shares the same creative (standard creative or non-compliant creative/high rejection rate creative) for those ad groups or with other advertisers.
Prohibited Advertising Products
You are not allowed to advertise the following products:
- Counterfeit goods of major brands
- Drugs/Banned substances/Narcotics
- Gambling
- Adult products/Obscene materials/Breast enhancement/Weight loss/Women’s hormones
- Products related to Politics/Military/Weapons/COVID-19/Trade in rare wildlife/Organ trafficking/Toxic chemicals/Funerals/Abortion/Pre-birth gender determination
- Spy cameras/Tracking apps
- Tobacco/E-cigarettes
- Funeral services
- Forex trading/Cryptocurrency
- Prescription drugs/Veterinary drugs
- Products that replace breast milk (FMCG, Food & Beverage, Healthcare)
- Weight loss products
- Gaming promotions (PUBG, Free Fire, COD)
- Cryptocurrency-related content
- Alcohol promotions
- Dangerous acts and harmful behavior
- Money, currency, and online earning-related content
- Illegal services and activities
- Adult sexual activities
- COVID-19-related content
- Shocking/disturbing content
- Dating Apps
- Sanitary Pads/Menstrual Cups
- Female Hygiene Products/Condoms
- Beer/Alcohol
Content Violations to Note
- Do not advertise “instant” acne, wrinkle, or blackhead removal within the same video scene.
- Avoid using terms like “cure,” “treat,” or “completely cure” when describing cosmetics. Instead, use “supports” treatment.
- Do not promise guaranteed results or a specific time frame for results in cosmetics, skincare, or dermatological products.
11. Important Note
A client will only be eligible for a replacement request if their advertising materials (including campaign video content and website) have been pre-approved by the Advoque Media team.
- If an ad account is suspended due to unapproved materials, such as the product page URL, website content, or video creatives, no refund or replacement will be provided.
- Please carefully review our policies and ensure you get all your ad content approved by us before running an ad.
