Trademark Products

• You are not allowed to promote products that belong to registered brands like Junaid Jamshed (J.), Gucci, Sauvage Perfume, Dior, and others. These are trademarked products and require special permission to sell.
• When you apply for an Advoque Media Mega TikTok Agency account, we will review (audit) your website. If your website contains trademarked products, you must remove them before your account can be approved.
• If you add any trademarked products to your website after getting the account, and your account is suspended—even if you’re not running ads for those products—we won’t offer any warranty or support for the suspension.

Content Guidelines for Videos:

• · Your ad videos must not contain any inappropriate or vulgar material, such as products related to sexual health.
• · Do not show the logo or name of any famous brand in your videos.
• · Avoid adding contact details, such as WhatsApp numbers or emails, in your videos.
• · Do not use incorrect or misleading discount banners or posters in your videos.

Technical Requirements:

• · Before applying for an account, ensure that your email address, domain, Wi-Fi connection, and IP address are not blacklisted. If they are, you will need to update or replace them.
• · Do not try to run ads if your ad manager’s balance is zero. Always maintain enough balance to avoid issues.

Approval Process for Ads:

• · Before creating a new ad, you must get your video and product page URL reviewed and approved by us.
• · Running ads without getting prior approval is not allowed. If you violate this rule, your warranty claim will be void in case of account suspension.

Top-Up Policies:

• · Only we are authorized to top up your ad manager account balance. Do not attempt to do it yourself, hire a third party, or use any extensions or tools for top-ups. Doing so will void your warranty claim.
• · Always fill out the top-up form carefully and correctly. Watch the instructional video provided to ensure there are no mistakes. We will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect details in the form.

Warranty and Violations:

• · Once we approve your video or product URL, you are not allowed to make any changes. Modifying approved content is considered a violation, and if your account is suspended due to this, your warranty claim will not be accepted.

Other Reasons for Account Suspension:

Your ad account may also get suspended due to the following reasons:

• · If your previous ad account was suspended, your new account might also get suspended unless you take the following steps:

o Change your IP address for both your laptop and Wi-Fi.
o Use a new domain for your store.
o Avoid using spammy products or overused creatives. (Spammy products are those that everyone promotes excessively, like certain well-known beauty products.)

• · Do not frequently start and stop your ads. Doing this can lead to account suspension.

Product and Store Requirements:

• · Do not sell products from well-known or registered brands unless you have proper reselling certificates for them.
• · Avoid using misleading words on your product page, such as “100% secure,” “guaranteed results,” or “very fast.” These phrases can create false expectations.
• · Your website’s footer must include the following details:

o Business Name
o Customer Service Email Address
o Phone/WhatsApp Number
o Terms of Service
o Privacy Policy
o Return & Refund Policy
o Shipping Policy
o About us

Policy and Checkout Page Requirements:

• · Make sure all policy pages are complete and accurate. Do not leave any sections blank or highlighted in yellow.
• · Avoid adding empty or invalid emails or incomplete details on your website.\
• · Your checkout page must include at least two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit Card.

Important Note:

• A client will only be eligible for a replacement request if their advertising materials (including campaign video content and website) have been pre-approved by the Advoque media team.
• · If an ad account is suspended due to unapproved materials, such as the product page URL, website content, or video creatives, no refund or replacement will be provided.
• · Please carefully review our policies and ensure you get all your ad content approved by us before running an ad.
